Wellhead and Christmas Tree

Wellhead and Christmas tree is used for well drilling and oil or gas production, water injection and downhole operation. wellhead and christmas tree is installed on the top of a well to seal the annular space between casing and tubing, can control wellhead pressure and adjust well flow rate and transport oil from well to pipe line.

We design and manufacture the wellhead and christmas tree in according with API 6A standards totally, also can be supplied to meet the complete material class, temperature range and PSL& PR level requirements. API 6A Gate Valves

API 6A Gate Valves provided by DOUSON are field proven valves which strictly designed and manufactured according to API 6A and API Spec Q1 by forging or casting AISI 4130/4140 low alloy or AISI 410 SS steel. Some extreme materials for extreme service, such as Inconel or Duplex stainless steel are available as well.

 

DOUSON Gate Valves' feature:

     2. Metal-to-Metal seal, gate to seat, seat to body, bonnet seal and stem backseat.

     3. Bi-directional Sealing,

     4. All internal parts can be inline changed.

     5. Heavy duty thrust bearing is used to absorb stem thrust and reduce operating torque.

     6. Non-rising stem made by Alloy-nitrided or 17-4 stainless steel, the pressure in the body cavity  will not increase during valve operation, can replace stem packing under pressure.

API 6A Hydraulic Gate Valves

Hydraulic Gate Valves provided by DOUSON are available in size from 1 13/16¡± to 7 1/16¡± and pressuring rating from 2,000psi to 15,000psi. the gate valves are strictly designed and manufactured according to API 6A and API Spec Q1 by forging or casting AISI 4130/4140 low alloy or AISI 410 SS steel, the actuators are designed with safety and suitable for all kind of gate valves.

Ball screw gate valves

Frac valves - ball screw gate valves provided by DOUSON is a type of large bore gate high pressure valve which were improved from Cameron FLS-R gate valve, it's the main component of frac tree, the frac valve is often used on the top of the wellhead on high pressure oil well, can do the frac job for isolating the fluid from the well.

DOUSON provides the FRAC VALVE was designed in accordance to API 6A and NACE MR-01-75, strict quality control conforming to ISO registration, This type of the frac valve  contains flanged end, studded outlet, and special block body , both manual and hydraulic operation type can be supplied by DOUSON, ball screw operation designed in manual type frac valve.

Hydraulic Surface Safety Valve ¨C SSV

Hydraulic Surface Safety Valve - SSV is designed to quick closure due to a pipe leak or burst, equipment malfunction, fire, or similar emergency.The Surface safety valve (ssv) is normally closed,pressure needs to be applied to the actuator to compress the spring and open the valve.

DOUSON's Hydraulic Surface Safety Valve feature:
1. Visual position indicator.
2. Optional fire protection (fusible loop).
3. Separate stems can make them easy disassembling and maintaining.
4. Has a compoud-springs designing to improve its stability.
The pressure needed to keep the valve open can be provided with a simple hand pump which, in an emergency, is bled off on the rig floor. However, a more sophisticated system called an emergency shut down (ESD) is recommended because it allows the actuator to be activated remotely.
DOUSON designs and manufactures hydraulic actuator and slab gate valve,assembled safety valve with consideration of optimal safety and economic. The available safety valve sizes from 1-13/16" through to 7-1/16",of pressure rating from 2000psi to 15000psi.

Casing spool

Casing spool is the very important equipment used in drilling process,casing spool can control the wellhead pressure£¬casing spool are often flange ended on the top of the casing head and connected with the bottom of the tubing head then become a part of the wellhead system of the oil well.

The casing spool has a straight bore bowl with 45¡ãlanding shoulder design which avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools and prevents test plug and bowl protector wedging problems when pressure is applied.DOUSON's Casing spools are normally furnished with threaded outlets and studded outlets and also can be manufactured by request. they can be used for single completions and model of dual completions.

Tubing head

Tubing head is a body with two flange that can supports the tubing string on a oilwell, seals off the pressure between the casing and tubing annulus, and connect with tubing adapter on the top.
Tubing Heads &tubing spool are a straight bore bowl with 45¡ã landing shoulder design which avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools, and provides wedging of the tubing hangers, bowl protectors and test plugs. the secondary seal for the last casing pipe can be an integrated "OO" seal type or the plastic injection type, but also accepts reducer bushings "4-O" and "PE" (Pressure Energized).The upper flange is supplied with lockdown screws for packoff tubing hanger retention. The lower flange includes a grease fitting and orifice for testing of the secondary seal.
DOUSON's tubing Head can used for single completions and model of dual completions.

Tubing hanger

Tubing hanger is an assembly used in the oil or gas production wells. Tubing hanger is set in the tubing head and suspends the production tubing,tubing hanger often own through ports to allow the communication ofhydraulic,electric and other downhole control functions, as well as chemical injection. Tubing hanger also serves to seal-in the annulus and production areas.


DOUSON can supply many types of the tubing hangers and we can also design it as per the special requirement of the user.

Tubing Head Adapters

Tubing head adapter is often used on the top of the tubing head, it can provides a connection between tubing head and Christmas tree. The bottom flange of the adapter matches the tubing head, and the top flange of the adapter matches the X-MAS tree. Tubing head adapters are available for all types of single and multi-string completions, including those using ESP penetrator, packers, down hole control valves and gas lift valves.

Our adapters have threaded, flanged or studded-flange top connections. our tubing head adapters are available with hydraulic supply inlets for down hole control valve. DOUSON can also supplies various types of adapters specially as requirements.

 

 

Flange

Flanges (welding neck flanges, blind flanges, target flanges) provided by DOSUON are field proven flanges which strictly designed and manufactured according to API 6A and API Spec Q1 forged or casted.
All kind of flanges are delimited by API 6A as below:
Welding neck flange is the flange with a neck on the side opposite the sealing face prepared with a bevel to weld to corresponding pipe or transition pieces.
Threaded flange is the flange having a sealing face on one side and a female thread on the other for the purpose of joining flanged connections to threaded connections.
Blind flange is the flange with no centre bore, used to close off completely a flanged end or outlet connection.
Target flange is a special configuration of blind flange used downstream, facing upstream, to cushion and reduce the erosive affect of high velocity abrasive fluid. This flange has a counter bore filled with lead.

DOUSON's customizable frac heads allow customers to design their ideal frac head for reliable and consistent performance on their frac system.

Choke manifold

Choke manifold is a system of valves and chokes for controlling the flow from the well usually has two flow paths, one adjustable choke used primarily for cleaning the well up and facilities to install and change choke of fixed sizes for a more accurate flow control during main well flow periods.

Each flow path has two closing gate valves which are used to direct the flow through either of the chokes or the chokes or the bypass and to provide isolation from pressure when changing the fixed choke. A dual isolation, double block and bleed valve arrangement is recommended for high pressure, sour gas and sand frac clean ups.

The surface choke has these principle functions:
¡¡• It allows wellhead pressure to be controlled, improving safety.
¡¡• It maintains a certain flow rate, as required for testing. A test can require different flow 
rates over several time periods, requiring the use of different choke sizes.
¡¡• It prevents formation sand from entering the well by limiting the flow rate. Limiting the
flow rate reduces the speed of the fluid, which in turn, minimizes the amount of sand
entering the well.
¡¡• It also prevents water and gas coning by limiting the flow rate.
¡¡• It is also used to ensure that the flow is critical, meaning that the pressure fluctuations
downstream of the choke manifold do not affect downhole pressure and flow rate of the well.
